Tents

Our tents come in a variety of sizes to fit any occasion and number of guests. Regardless of style or size, all our tents are professionally maintained and fully insured. Tents come in two styles - pole tents and frame tents. An on-site consultation with one of our staff will determine which is best suited for your event. In addition, we also carry a full inventory of canopies, lights, dance floors, stages, heaters, and carpeting to complete your outdoor event.

• Pole Tents
  Pole tents are generally used for larger gatherings. They range in size from 20 feet to 80 feet wide with unlimited length.

• Frame Tents
  Frame tents are much more versatile, and have no central main pole, which makes setup quicker. They range in size from 20' x 20' to 40' x 60'.

• Tent Structures
  Clearspan structures from Abbey Tent, Awning & Party Rentals provide the perfect protected and open environment for corporate, social, and sporting events, as well as trade shows and festivals. All clearspans come standard with coated vinyl tops.

• Floors
  Abbey Tent, Awning & Party Rentals has a wide range of sub-flooring systems that are used to create a smooth, level surface upon which to build your event environment. Our dance floors are made of 4' x 4' starlight, oak sections and our consultants will fit you with a dance floor size and style which would be appropriate for our guest count.


• Staging
  Whether you need a small platform for a soloist or you are looking to stage a large concert or political/corporate affair, Abbey can supply you with the right size stage at the right height. Stage heights range from 6" to 36" and can be built on level to un-level surfaces. Accessories include stairs, railings and skirting.


• Lighting & Décor
  The right lighting will provide and ambiance and tone, whether it is festive and fun, or warm and romantic. Let our extensive array of light options highlight your event to its fullest.


• Climate Control - Heat and Air Conditioning
  Abbey Tent, Awning & Party Rentals specializes in doing events twelve months out of the year in all climates, so whether you are hosting a nighttime cocktail party in May or a winter wedding in December, we have the capability of heating any tented environment. When creating a truly climate-controlled environment during those hot summer months, don't leave anything to chance. Air conditioning will give you that cool feeling no matter what the outside heat and humidity brings on the day of your special event.
